Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.  We make our best effort to deliver within the selected dates. Please take note of the following:

  • If you are placing an order during the Christmas Season, please do so in advance so we can accommodate your order delivery on time.  We start taking Christmas orders by the first week of November. 

  • We offer next day deliveries within Kelowna and the surrounding area (Peachland, West Kelowna, Lake Country) if the order is placed before 12pm PST.  If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, your gift basket will be deliver the next business day. 

  • We can arrange for same day delivery within Kelowna, West Kelowna,  and Peachland. Please call us at: 250-317-6767 / 1-877-317-6767 to arrange. There is a Rush Delivery charge for this service.

  • Deliveries to the following Okanagan areas take 1 to 2 days: Vernon, Penticton, Salmon Arm, Osoyoos, Coldstream, Summerland, Big White.  

 

  • Shipping Fees: Fees are calculated based on order details at check out. Flat rate of $28 for orders under $180; $18 for each delivery on orders less than $300 and $5 for each delivery on orders above $300. 

  • Kelowna Baskets uses third party shipping carriers, and retains the exclusive right to determine which carriers may be available to ship Kelowna Baskets Products purchased through this website.  You are responsible for correctly providing the information you intend for an order, including the shipping address. Kelowna Baskets is not responsible for any costs or claims arising from information incorrectly provided to us. 

  • We ship across Canada with the following estimated transit times for STANDARD shipping calculated on BUSINESS days: 
  • BC and Alberta: 1-2 days
  • Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 2-3 days
  • Ontario and Quebec: 3-5 days
  • Atlantic Provinces: 3 to 5 days
  • Yukon, NWT and Nunavut: 5-7 days

 

  • Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather or carrier issues.
